WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?
The delivery time of your order on national territory varies from 2 to 5 working days from receipt of the purchase order.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE ONLINE?
Of course, you always have the option to change your mind and return your purchase via the easy return procedure that we will provide you via email. The return can be requested no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be sent to Ess clothing at the address communicated via email. In a single shipment.
